Human Rights Film Festival of Naples

Film competition – VIII Edition
from 9 to 14 november 2015

Following  the Special Edition produced in 2014 by the Forum of Culture and exclusively devoted to the Mediterranean context, the Naples Human Rights Film Festival reappears as the VIII edition offering to its audience and to the City, stories of resistance coming from all over the world.

The “Long-Legs Cinema” will travel from South America to Europe, from Middle East up to India and Pakistan, following  footsteps of courageous filmmakers and activists, screening true stories and World’s peripheries documentaries and films.

For all the directors and authors of audiovisual works inspired by fundamental Human Rights the appointment is in Naples on next November, 9th to 14th.

You can register your works in the competition,  downloading the form at the end of this page; please submit it up to September 25th either for short films (less than 30 minutes) and feature films; as always, our award will give the opportunity to disseminate best works throughout the main Festivals of the Human Rights Film Network and inside the Suspended Coffee Network.

Thanks to people who will help us to give new energy to this independent Festival that makes Cinema an instrument of dialogue and resistance for people fighting against the power of States and mass media, in the name of equality and solidarity of Humankind.
